For the person who is jumpy, queasy and not sleeping — easily startled, heart fluttering, a bitter taste in the morning, dreams that are vivid and unpleasant. Phlegm-heat unsettling the gallbladder and heart, in Chinese medicine. Bamboo shavings and bitter orange clear and descend it; pinellia, tangerine peel and poria take the rest.

How to use
How to use
Take four capsules with water, two to three times daily, or as directed by your practitioner. One bottle holds 100 capsules — roughly ten days at the standard dose.
Also made as granules, for the same formula in a different form.
