Shipping Carriers
We fulfill orders through our third-party logistics (3PL) partners using all available shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We may add or change carriers at any time without prior notice to ensure the best possible delivery experience.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected items. Please note that all estimated delivery times are approximate and are not a guarantee of delivery dates.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of being placed. During peak sales periods, processing may take up to 72 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on most products. However, some items may be subject to a shipping fee. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, destination, and your selected delivery speed. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.
