Tibetan herbal foot soak · Regenerate, relax, replenish
An evening ritual rather than a remedy — a bag of Tibetan herbs and high-mountain salt steeped in a basin of hot water, for cold feet, tired legs, restless nights and the slow circulation of a body that sits all day. Rhodiola, safflower, notopterygium and mugwort warm and move; the salts carry the minerals of a mountain hot spring.
- Direct-sourced, wild-crafted Tibetan herbs; the tingle is the volatile oils at work.
- Enriched with Tibetan salt (ka ru cha) for the mineral effect of a natural hot spring.
- Pattern. Cold and stagnation in the lower body; poor circulation.
