Tendons heal slowly because blood barely reaches them. That is the whole problem, and this is a warming formula built around it — for chronic tendonitis and old ligament sprains, the injuries that never quite finish resolving. Use it before and after activity. Because it is warming, it is not the right choice on a fresh injury.
- Gu Sui Bu leads it. Drynaria, known in Chinese medicine as the mender of shattered bones.
- Warmth is the mechanism. It generates heat in the sinews to bring blood where circulation is poor.
- Organic coconut oil and beeswax base. Small batch, hand-crushed herbs, made in Oregon.

- Cao Wu and Chuan Wu — prepared aconite: warms and stops deep pain
- Ru Xiang, Mo Yao, Xue Jie — frankincense, myrrh and dragon blood: move blood and ease pain
- Gui Zhi, Rou Gui, Gan Jiang, Hua Jiao — the warming group that brings blood to the sinews
- Dang Gui, Dan Shen, Hong Hua, Tao Ren — nourish and move blood
- Wei Ling Xian, Lu Lu Tong, Ai Ye, Bai Zhu, Bo He, Gan Cao — open the channels and round out the formula
- Organic coconut oil and beeswax — the salve base

How to use
How to use
Massage into the affected area with fingertips or a cotton ball, several times a day. Good before and after activity to support flexibility and strength.
Because this formula is warming, do not use it immediately after a fresh injury — wait until the acute heat and swelling have settled, then begin.
External use only — this formula contains prepared aconite and must not be taken internally. Wash hands after use, avoid the eyes and other sensitive areas, and keep out of reach of children.
