Thoracic Park is the thoracic formula in Botanical Biohacking's Stem and Leaf series, built for one stretch of the spine rather than the whole back. Two herbs in a classical pairing: notopterygium for the upper body, pubescent angelica for the lower, so the formula reaches the full length of the back with the mid-back at the centre of the overlap.

Thirty tea bags. Herbs and nothing else — no additives, no preservatives.

How to use

Place one to five tea bags in a pot of water. Bring to the boil, lower the heat, cover and simmer for ten to twenty minutes. Strain and drink; the same bags can be re-brewed until the flavour is gone. Thirty bags is roughly a month's supply. With long-standing pain, give it weeks rather than days.

Store cool and dry and refrigerate after opening. If the vacuum seal is broken on arrival, do not use.
