Skin Soothing Mild Bar Soap + Emily Skin Soother · wash, then seal
Anyone with eczema knows the frustration of washing away whatever progress the salve just made. This exists because of that problem. The soap and the salve share the same three herbs, so each wash reinforces what the salve is doing instead of stripping it off and starting the cycle again.
- The same herbs in both. Bei Zi Cao, Dang Gui and Bo He run through the soap and the salve alike.
- Itch is the target. Bei Zi Cao is chosen specifically for clearing heat and calming itch — the symptom that disrupts most.
- Simple on purpose. Five ingredients in the salve, a clean soap base, no fragrance and no hidden irritants.
Ingredients
Ingredients
- Skin Soothing Mild Bar Soap — 4 oz. Saponified olive, avocado and coconut oils with shea butter, Dang Gui, Bei Zi Cao and Bo He. Palm oil free.
- Emily Skin Soother, unscented — 1.8 oz. Olive oil, beeswax, Dang Gui, Bei Zi Cao and Bo He. Five ingredients.
Bei Zi Cao is deliberately chosen over the more common Zi Cao, which stains deeply red. It gives the same heat-clearing, itch-relieving action in a clear, skin-compatible form.
How to use
How to use
Wash with the bar using warm — not hot — water. Rinse well and pat dry rather than rubbing.
Within a few minutes, while the skin is still slightly damp, apply a thin layer of the salve. Three or four times a day during a flare, once or twice for maintenance.
Patch test each product on a small area of unaffected skin before regular use, and discontinue if irritation occurs. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA; this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
