The daily foundation of the Shu Hong system, and the one to start with. Most toners are alkaline and stripping; this one is matched to the skin's own acid mantle and built on tremella mushroom, a humectant that holds water deeper than it has any right to. It regulates the terrain rather than pushing skin toward oily or dry.

How to use
Spray over the whole face morning and night, after cleansing. Works for oily and dry skin alike because it regulates rather than pushes in either direction.
This is Phase 1 of the Shu Hong system and a complete daily step on its own. If a flare breaks through, add Flare Control on the affected areas only and keep using this everywhere else.
