Tibetan Foot Soak + Corydalis Relief Salve · for peripheral neuropathy
Neuropathy responds badly to single approaches. This pairs a hot herbal soak that opens circulation through the whole foot with a salve applied straight afterward, while the skin is warm and receptive. Done in the evening it doubles as a wind-down, which matters when the burning is worst at night.
- Circulation first. Twenty to thirty minutes in the soak addresses the blood stasis underneath the symptoms.
- Then the nerve. Corydalis works on pain signaling directly, applied while the tissue is still open.
- Evening ritual. Built to be done nightly — consistency does more here than intensity.

How to use
How to use
Steep the herbal mixture in hot water as directed, then soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes. Evening works best.
Dry your feet gently and apply Corydalis Relief Salve to the affected areas while the skin is still warm. Repeat nightly — this works on accumulation, not on single sessions.
External use only. Take care with water temperature if you have reduced sensation in your feet, and speak with your healthcare provider before starting if you are managing diabetes or a circulatory condition. Keep out of reach of children. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA; this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
