- Ru Xiang and Mo Yao — Frankincense and myrrh resins
- Dang Gui, Hong Hua, Chuan Xiong, Bai Shao — move blood and soften tension
- Gu Sui Bu, Qin Jiao, Ai Ye, Cang Zhu — for sinew, damp and joint stiffness
- Black sesame oil, pine resin, zinc oxide — the patch matrix

How to use
How to use
Apply to clean, dry skin over the painful area. Cut the patch down if you need a smaller shape. Wear up to 16 hours.
Many people wear one overnight and use a liniment during the day instead of stacking both at once.
External use only. Do not apply to broken skin. Remove if irritation develops, avoid the eyes and other sensitive areas, and keep out of reach of children.
