For the constipation of a body that has run dry — hard, infrequent stools, often with frequent urination, in the elderly, after illness or in anyone whose fluids have been depleted. Hemp seed and apricot kernel moisten; a small portion of rhubarb, bitter orange and magnolia bark get things moving without harshness.

How to use
How to use
Take four capsules with water, two to three times daily, or as directed by your practitioner. One bottle holds 100 capsules — roughly ten days at the standard dose.
