Overthinking, in Chinese medicine, wears down both the spleen that makes blood and the heart that houses it. Gui Pi Tang rebuilds both with ginseng, astragalus, longan and jujube seed.

How to use
How to use
Take four capsules with water, two to three times daily, or as directed by your practitioner. One bottle holds 100 capsules — roughly ten days at the standard dose.
