The root formula for phlegm in Chinese medicine — for the chest full of loose, white mucus, the queasy stomach, the heavy limbs and foggy head of damp that has thickened. Pinellia and aged tangerine peel dry and transform it; poria drains; licorice harmonises. Four herbs, and the base of dozens of others.

How to use
How to use
Take four capsules with water, two to three times daily, or as directed by your practitioner. One bottle holds 100 capsules — roughly ten days at the standard dose.
