柴胡疏肝汤 · Bupleurum Spreading Powder · 100 g granules

For the tension that lives under the ribs — sighing, a tight chest, a stomach that knots when the mood does, pain that moves around rather than staying put. Bupleurum and cyperus spread the constrained liver qi; peony and chuanxiong soften and move the blood beneath it.

  • Full-spectrum extract. Water-decocted the traditional way and concentrated 5:1, nothing isolated out.
  • Traceable and tested. ISO lab tested, GMP certified, sourced from dao di farms with full traceability.
  • Pattern. Liver qi stagnation, often invading the stomach.

Ingredients

  • Chai Hu — Bupleurum root
  • Zhi Qiao (fu chao) — Bitter orange, bran-fried
  • Bai Shao — White peony root
  • Chuan Xiong — Chuanxiong rhizome
  • Xiang Fu (cu zhi) — Cyperus rhizome, vinegar-processed
  • Gan Cao (mi) — Honey-fried licorice root
  • Chen Pi — Tangerine peel

Concentrated 5:1 water extract; 100 g per bottle.

How to use

Mix 4.5 g in hot water and drink as a tea, two to three times daily, or as directed by your practitioner. One 100 g bottle is roughly a three-week supply at the standard dose.

Also made as capsules, for the same formula in a different form.
