Herbal Ice salve + Dit Da Jiao liniment · for the first 72 hours
What to reach for when something just happened. A rolled ankle, a hard fall, a bruise coming up fast. Herbal Ice cools the heat without the circulatory shutdown an ice pack causes, and Dit Da Jiao — the martial arts standard for exactly this — moves the blood out of the bruise so it clears faster.
- Cooling that does not stall healing. Ice numbs by shutting circulation down. This does not.
- Safe near broken skin. Herbal Ice is antibacterial, so grazes and scrapes are fine.
- Also for the small stuff. Bites, minor burns, sunburn, and the everyday knocks.
