What is Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan?
Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan is a traditional Chinese medicine developed by Zhu Dan-Xi, a renowned physician of the Yuan dynasty, in the 14th century. A modification of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, this formula is comprised of two additional herbs – Huang Bai and Zhi Mu – to clear fire, drain dampness and enrich yin.
Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan is also known as Zhi Bo Di Huang Wan, or Anemarrhen Rehmannia Eight Formula.
