For the shoulders, neck and arms that ache and stiffen in the cold and damp — the numbness and heaviness of wind-cold-damp settling in the upper body. Notopterygium and saposhnikovia drive out the wind, turmeric rhizome moves the blood through the shoulder, and astragalus with angelica keep the qi and blood strong enough to carry the herbs there.

How to use
How to use
Take four capsules with water, two to three times daily, or as directed by your practitioner. One bottle holds 100 capsules — roughly ten days at the standard dose.
Also made as granules, for the same formula in a different form.
