A note on what this is

A classroom with roots.

Gut Brain Synchrony is a membership community hosted on Skool. It is a place to understand what your body has been trying to tell you, through education, through conversation, and through the company of people who are fluent in exactly what you have been carrying.

Most of the people who find their way here have already spent years in places where they were not understood. Gut Brain Synchrony is different. The practitioners who teach here work specifically with the gut-brain axis. The community around you has walked the same path. The language here fits.

Your first seven days are free. There is nothing to prove. You are simply welcome here.

What you will find there

Three things Gut Brain Synchrony holds

01

The Programs

Three programs — Pain, Sleep, and the Gut-Brain Axis — taught by Chorus practitioners and fleshed out by live classes each week. Most people begin with Pain. Yours to work through at your own pace, in plain language, with the time to let it settle.

02

The Community

Conversations with people who have walked the same path, and live classes each week with members who have found relief. Questions met with genuine answers. The particular relief of a room, even a digital one, where what you describe does not need to be explained from the beginning.

03

The Practice

Self-care practices drawn from the same framework your practitioner would use. Simple daily adjustments. The kind of changes that, for many people, produce a first felt shift within weeks.

What to expect

Real relief is possible
before you commit to anything.

Most people who join and begin working with the programs notice something within the first few weeks. Not a resolution. That takes time, and usually a full care plan. But a shift. A felt sense that something is finally moving in the right direction.

The education alone changes how people relate to their symptoms. Understanding the mechanism matters. It changes the relationship with the body from adversarial to collaborative, and that change has weight before a care plan has even begun.

Your first seven days are free, so you can feel this for yourself before you decide. When you are ready for something more sustained, it will be there.

“I had described the same symptoms for years. The first time I posted, three people replied immediately with something I had never heard from a doctor: that they had felt exactly the same thing and understood why.”

Member, three months

“I joined thinking I would learn something. I did not expect to feel less alone by the end of the first week. The classroom puts language to things I had been trying to describe my whole adult life.”

Member, six weeks

“Nothing was forced on me. I was simply given a place to understand what was happening and a community that had been through it. That is rarer than it sounds.”

When you are ready for
something more sustained.

The members whose lives have changed most profoundly at Chorus are almost always on a Premium or VIP care plan, working with a practitioner who knows their full history, adjusts their care as things shift, and stays with them through the whole arc of recovery. Your Care Plan will be there when you are ready for it. There is no rush.
