Welcome to Klaros (the "App"), provided by Chorus Corporation ("Chorus," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Klaros.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. About Klaros

Klaros provides educational information about different options for medical strategies. The App is available via web platform only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Currently, the App does not offer paid features. If that changes, payment processing will be handled via Stripe. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law.

5. User Content

Users may upload text, images, and videos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Chorus Corporation ownership of all such content, and we retain the right to use it for any purpose, as outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA).

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the App remains the property of Chorus Corporation. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App as a substitute for medical care by qualified professionals.

  • Scrape, extract, or index data from the App.

  • Access or attempt to access other users' data.

  • Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal data relevant to the App's purposes. Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The App does not offer medical, financial, legal, or lifestyle advice.

  • Not Medical Advice: The educational content is for informational purposes only.

  • Consult a Professional: Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new medication, diet, supplement, or health practice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.

11. AI and Third-Party Integrations

The App utilizes AI features and integrates with third-party services. We are continuously developing and updating features, which may change without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
