Chorus Live 2027: registration terms

Event. Chorus Live 2027 is a five-day clinical education program for licensed practitioners held at Chen Sea Resort & Spa, Ong Lang, Phu Quoc, Vietnam, March 22 to 29, 2027, organised by Chorus Corporation, 117 NE 5th St, Suite E, McMinnville, OR 97128, USA.

Your seat. Your seat is confirmed when your first payment clears. You may pay in full at registration or in four monthly payments, the first at registration and three more at one-month intervals; the payment plan totals 8 percent more than the one-time price. If a scheduled payment fails and is not brought current within 14 days, your seat may be released and amounts paid are held as credit under the paragraph below.

No refunds; credit and transfer. All payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, the full amount you have paid is held as a credit toward any Chorus event for 24 months from the date of your registration, or your seat may be transferred to another licensed practitioner with written notice to Chorus. Credits are not redeemable for cash.

Venue and dates. Chorus may house part of the group at a neighbouring property on Phu Quoc, or move the program to a comparable venue on the island on the same dates, at its discretion and without refund. If circumstances beyond Chorus's control, including but not limited to disruption related to APEC 2027, government action, natural events, epidemic or the closure of the venue, require the dates to move, your remedy is a credit toward the rescheduled event or any Chorus event for 24 months, or a transfer of your seat.

What is included. Seven nights of accommodation at the venue (March 22 to 29, 2027) in the villa category on your registration; the full program of instruction; breakfast, lunch and dinner on each day of the program and a welcome dinner; airport transfers on Phu Quoc; recordings of the grand rounds sessions for personal use; and membership of the cohort community. Airfare, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses and anything not listed are not included.

Travel. You are responsible for your own passport, visas, flights and travel insurance. Chorus recommends travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical care and evacuation. Phu Quoc offers a 30-day visa exemption on direct international arrival for all nationalities; confirm current rules before you travel.

Continuing education. NCBAHM PDA approval is pending. No number of points is promised until approval is received. Daily sign-in is required for any points that are awarded.

Recording and media release. The entire program is recorded. Sessions, grand rounds, practice, meals, excursions and social time may be captured on video, audio and still photography by Chorus and its crew. By registering you grant Chorus Corporation and its successors, licensees and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to record your name, likeness, voice, image, statements and participation, and to edit, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt and otherwise use those recordings, in whole or in part, in any medium now known or later developed, for any purpose, including sale as educational products, distance-learning courses, promotion and advertising of Chorus and future events, without further notice, approval or compensation to you. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished material and any claim arising from its use, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity. Chorus is under no obligation to use any recording. If you would rather not appear on camera, tell us in writing before the program begins and we will do what we reasonably can to keep you out of frame, without any promise that you will not appear incidentally.

Conduct and confidentiality. Client participants consent to recording in writing. Attendees may not record clients or other attendees without permission, and may not share client information outside the program. Chorus may remove any attendee whose conduct endangers or seriously disrupts the program, without refund.

Health. This program teaches practitioners. It makes no claims about, and is not treatment for, any attendee's own health. You are responsible for deciding whether the physical practice and travel are suitable for you.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Chorus Corporation's liability to you in connection with the event is limited to the amount you paid. Chorus is not liable for acts of the venue, airlines, transport providers or other third parties.
